To reduce waste and keep our prices fair, many of our products are shipped directly from trusted global manufacturing partners who specialize in pet-safe materials and quality craftsmanship. This allows us to deliver thoughtfully designed dog essentials without unnecessary markups.
1. Order Processing & Shipping Fee
Every order goes through a careful review to ensure it meets our quality standards for your dog.

During peak seasons (Holidays, Sales Events), processing time may take up to 5 business days.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Because our products ship from global partner facilities, delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking Updates:
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the label is created. If the tracking link doesn’t show movement right away, rest assured—your package is on its way.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
This means:

Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

PUPHAVENCO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Customs charges are uncommon for most pet accessories but may vary by country.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
We work fast to get your order moving.

If you need to change your address or cancel an order, please contact us at
support@puphavenco.com within 12 hours of placing your order. -
Once processing has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify the shipment.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Your satisfaction—and your dog’s safety—are our top priorities.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Email us a photo within 72 hours of delivery

We’ll arrange a free replacement immediately
Lost or Stolen Packages
PupHavenCo is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status shows "Delivered." If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, please:
Check with neighbors or household members.
Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) immediately to file a claim.
We will provide you with all necessary tracking information to assist your claim, but we cannot grant refunds for items successfully delivered to the address provided.
