I was skeptical about the "tangle-free" part because my Husky likes to circle my Corgi like a shark. Surprisingly, the swivel head actually rotates fast enough to keep up. One thing though—it takes AAA batteries for the light which aren't included, so have some ready. The brake buttons are independent which is crucial because my Corgi stops to sniff everything while the Husky just wants to RUN. Best purchase I've made this year for my sanity.
Buttons have a nice 'click' to them. Doesn't feel like cheap plastic. My two chihuahuas are happy.
